i already have
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"> in my xsl file, so its not that.


mebbe something else is causing this problem.

P.S. - When i try to view the source from the browser it shows me the XML file instead of the formatted output.

I assume you are using the namespace WD-XSL, change it to
http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform. Does it help?
