Calling SAXON parser from a application

Hello,
I'm using SAXON parser to process and apply XSLT rules
to my XML document.I tried to apply the examples
provided on TRAx class,but didn't suceeded.
Please let me know how to embed the SAXON parser in to
my java source code.
