It works correctly for me.

Are you using the Microsoft Java VM? Because this looks like a reappearance
of a bug that used to occur quite often, but which I haven't seen for some
time: Saxon's output is truncated in a way I have never fully understood.
The problem, if it's the same problem, goes away if you upgrade the Java VM
(using Tools/Windows Update in Internet Explorer).
