In addition, you can use XSL Formatter *with* Java if you want to simply
by doing the XML->FO transform first and then using XSL Formatter to
open the FO document directly. It took me a while to figure out you
could do this. We have some Saxon extensions that I wasn't keen to
rewrite in VB. You can also use XSL Formatter in batch from the command
line, so you can make a little pipeline if you want.
