yes but it is out of W3C's hands. It may look like a W3C namespace
but it is a microsoft specific language built into IE5. It is changed:
IE6 supports XSLT in the correct namespace, but that doesn't mean that
everyone has upgraded their IE5's.

You might hope that the microsoft pages made it clear that the "XSL"
implemented in IE5 under the namespace WD-xsl had nothing to do with
the XSL(T) as specified by W3C, apart from some shared ancestory,
but they do not make that clear. You could ask Microsoft to change their
documentation, you wouldn't be the first to do so, I doubt it would have
any effect now.
