Does the XML pseudo-namespace deserves a node?
I have noticed that Saxon (6.4.4) creates by default a namespace node for the XML "pseudo-namespace" (xmlns:xml="http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace") while libxslt (1.0.4-1) doesn't and was wondering which is the right behavior...
