Testing using XPath

parent following sibling
I'm not too familiar with XPath, and cannot work out how to construct the
following.

With this XML:

<element1>
  <blah/>
  <blah/>
  <element2/>
</element1>
<element3/>

How can I test from with the current node as element2, whether its parent's
following-sibling[1] is element3?

Thanks,

Stuart
