No, there's also external unparsed entities.

When you declare an external unparsed entity in the DTD, you also have
to provide a notation name, and the notation also has to be declared
in the DTD.

External unparsed entities are referred to in the document in
attributes of type ENTITY or ENTITIES.  You can get from the entity
name to the URI that was used in the entity declaration using XSLT's
unparsed-entity-uri() function.
