XSLT and IE-mac

Hello,
 
Does anyone have any information about using the newer namespaces with
the macintosh?  Im trying to do client side transformations and get no
errors, but no transformations either!  Im assuming there is no msxml3
support, how does it work... just gets implemented with the browser ?
(in other words, macs dont use dlls, correct?)
