There was a good post on this last week, I think, but I forget if it was
here or somewhere else.  The upshot was that Microsoft doesn't give you a
way to use msxml4 in replace mode like it did with msxml3.  The post showed
how to arrange it anyway, but you have to mess with the registry and it
sounded fairly complex.
