Thank you all for your effort, I am a little bit less confused
now. :)

Maybe that XSL Processor Version page at
http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list/processor-version.xsl
should be a little bit more informative?
I mean, "You are using Microsoft IE 5 or older..." (I have
put my MSXML 3.0 in replace mode now, so don't remeber the
exact wording on that page), does not even sound bad, at least
it did not give any hint to suggest that I was using dated components.

What really made me fall deep into to daze & confusion was that I
was running my MSXML 3 in side by side mode for some reason (it
installs like that I suppose) and I was sure I was running the 
latest version. After reading the FAQ link I realized the difference
between side by side and replace and put my MSXML in repl...

This does not really make sense, does it? :)

I think XML's only reason for being here is to turn our brains
into something that can only go "huh?".
