A namespace is just a set of names. They are all the same, consisting of
the countably infinite set of strings that match the production for
Name in the XML spec.

What meaning you put to thins with that name is another matter, but
outside the concept of namespace. So the names might be used as element
or attribute names (the original uses) or XSL mode or variable names
etc, but a namespace is just a set of names.
