The tricky thing is getting IE to recognize the MIME type (content type) correctly. I can't advise on this, as Microsoft's algorithm for guessing the content type, and apparently ignoring what the HTTP header says, has bewildered me on many occasions. To get plain text displayed properly, I've resorted in the past to wrapping it in <HTML> and <PRE> tags. Mike Kay XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
