I can see one should avoid
"for-eaching" down from the root, as in:

<xsl:for-each select="//para">
  <p><xsl:apply-templates/></p>
</xsl:for-each>

But apart from that, I think for-each is a fine
construct and the warning to "beginners"
puzzled me somewhat. What am I missing?
