I don't think anyone's ever put one together. Appendix C of the XSLT spec
(http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt#dtd) has a DTD fragment of XSLT element types and
attributes; you could put that through a DTD to Schema conversion tool (see
http://xmlhack.com/read.php?item=991 for one) if you really wanted a schema
version.
