RE:  using xsl:copy
Hello
You could approach it from this angle:
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
version="1.0">

<xsl:template match="//description">
	<xsl:copy-of select="*"/>  <!--just copy the children of
description-->
</xsl:template>

</xsl:stylesheet>

I hope this helps

Edmund

How can I output the html without the <description> tags? I wish to preserve
the <b> tags which may or may not be there.
