xsl element write namespace

This can be rewritten much more efficiently as:

 <xsl:template match="/">
    <xsl:apply-templates select="//E1"/>
    <xsl:apply-templates select="//E2"/>
 </xsl:template>

>             copy sourc elements
>     </xsl:element>
>  </xsl:template>

Instead of <xsl:element name="D2">...</xsl:element>, write

<D2 xsl:exclude-result-prefixes="m">...</D2>
