Hi! It's not really new book. I have it on my desk for about a month :) However, I would not really recommend this book. It looks like a reference, but as a reference it's weaker that Mike Kay's XSLT Programmer's reference. I don't think the author of that book had clear goals while writing that book. Just my opinion, of course.
