I don't recall seeing an answer to your question: the reason is likely to be
(a) that the question is rather long and (b) that few people on this list
have any enthusaism for the obsolete and proprietary dialect of XSL which
you are using.

Read http://www.netcrucible.com/xslt/msxml-faq.htm and come back with a more
specific question if you still have a problem.
