xml xsl projects
Hi,
We are kicking off a project in 2 days for converting several major
systems
to XML / XSL. And I just got put in charge of setting standards,
programming practices,
DTDs, etc for the project.

My question is, what issues do we need to address up front to support a
distributed development
environment? What type of documentation or practices do we need to
develop/implement so that
we are organized and our developers have a fairly clear direction?

I have looked at several books but haven't seen much in the way of XML/XSL
project management.

Many thanks in advance!
