RE: xmlinst problems

The problem I had with installing MSXML3 update:

Many thanks to Dimitre Novatchev who sent me his copy of xmlinst.exe - the
downloadable file off the MS website is definately corrupt.  XSL in IE now
works brilliantly (or as it is supposed to do!).
