XSL:FO editor

I need to compose a lot of XML-FO layout and the handmade "notepad" method
is very slow!
I will be happy to use a visual design editor (like front page, stylus, ...
for html).
Have you never see (or use) something like this?

I'm interested for both commercial and non commercial tools.
