RE: Book review of XSLT Programmers Reference available
I do suspect that the index was not made by a professional indexer,
for what its worth. It is fine for the mechanical "cant remember what
the syntax of XXX is", but for "I cant remember what XSL does about
indenting" it is not so hot

not that this really detracts from the excellent book. i'd rate it the
most useful book i have bought for several years.
