I found this snippet on a shelf in my closet:
>  File fFile = new File(sDocbase, sFilename);
>  FileInputStream fIn = new FileInputStream(fFile);
>  XSLTInputSource xsltIn = new XSLTInputSource(fIn);
>  xsltIn.setSystemId(sDocbase);
