This is a typo in the page on OTN. We'll get it
fixed. Agree it could be confusing.

Oracle XSQL Pages v1.0.1.0 

uses the Oracle XSLT Processor version 2.0.2.9
which is fully compliant with XSLT 1.0 Recommendation
(except for not implementing the namespace:: axis,
 truth in advertising! :-) )
