CssXform ?

Hello, I ran into an xsl that went like this:

xmlns:xf="http://www.jclark.com/xt/java/CssXform

and then apparently did some cool things like importing an external css declaration
transforming the selectors but I couldn't have xt eat it because:

implementation of extension namespace not available

What is this extension? Where to find more info about it and a processor supporting
it?
