This is all proprietary IE5 1998 XSL syntax. Look for the Microsoft
documentation. Note that Microsoft refer to this language as "XSL" (as
distinct from XSLT), and that when their documentation talks about
differences from the W3C "December draft", they mean the December 1998
draft.
