Quite possibly. Of course, I would say that. The problem for me is not just browser lock-in, but OS lock-in - I'm not ready to let go of my sexy turquoise SGI box just yet. You might be able to persuade people to upgrade or even change their browser, but changing hardware is a little tricker. I, for one, will wait for a Netscape/Mozilla that provides a stable XML/XSL client implentation and is available on all 15-odd platforms before I even consider moving XML off the server.
