support to xsl:if, xsl:choose in IE-5 and XMLSPY

Does the XSL translator used by IE-5(XML spy also uses
IE-5 for the browser view), support XSL statments like
xsl:if, xsl:choose. As far as my experience is
concerned, it does not support.

In this case what is the easy alternative of viewing
the output of an xml document with sylesheet.
