No, this gives me creatures like
(xalan) <!DOCTYPE HTML SYSTEM "[<!ENTITY nbsp '#160'>]">
(saxon) <!DOCTYPE html
                              SYSTEM "[<!ENTITY nbsp '#160'>]">
(xt) nothing at all.
