By "law" of the XSLT 1.0 specification, the version attribute
is required on the <xsl:stylesheet> as the warning says.

Make your <xsl:stylesheet ...>

element read:

<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">

and you should be in business.
