As well as making the extensions be disbled by default please make sure
that any stylesheet using them does _not_ claim to be xslt 1.0
It would be really harmful to have stylesheets floating around claiming
to be XSLT when they only work on one system. Simplest would be to use
some namespace other than http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transfor
