You really believe they looked at the Rec before coming here? :-))


I'd vote for the 'standard reply' to be sent as part of the registration
process, when the bot asks you to confirm. Otherwise we'll still get the
noise.

And yes, add an admonishment to use the subject line for something more
than 'simple question'
