Oh no it isn't. Curly braces are NEVER used inside an XPath expression
(except as characters within a literal, in which case they have no special
meaning). Attribute value templates can only be used in those XSLT
attributes that explicitly permit them, and attributes whose value is an
XPath expression never fall into this category.
