You need to say which XSL processor you are using. If you are using IE 5, then you are stuck with what Microsoft tells you. If you are using XSLT 1.0, effectively a different language, there are lots of resources, beginning with the specifications which everyone using this list should already have read forwards and backwards. In XSLT 1.0, the operators you are looking for are simple 'and' and 'or'. Grouping may be done with '(' and ')'. The details, including precedence, are given in the XPath specification, especially sections 3.1 and 3.4.
