hi all...
Question,
given that div is an operator in the expression grammar,
how do you disambiguate it from a step name (in the general
case). I'm looking for the general case rule, not the
special case workaround. The example below is just
to illustrate the use of an operator name in a
step name context.

E.g.
<xsl:key name="nam" value="div" />

There are some rules in the xpath expression grammar
for how to disambiguate the grammar, but collision between
step names and operators is not one of them (that I have
seen).
