including stylesheet
does any xsl processor support xpath for the href of an xsl:include?
i want to embed xslt fragments inside a larger non-xslt document,
and then pull those out and use them within an xslt stylesheet.
of course, i could do a separate batch extract process into a temp file,
where the document root is xslt, but i'd rather not.

this seems to be what section 2.7 is about - the second form listed.
except the spec only gives the first form as an example.

so what processors support it, and what is an example of doing it?
