I've updated the online versions of Chapters 14, XSL Transformations, and 17, XPointers, of the XML Bible to match the November 16, 1999 W3C Recommendations of XSLT and XPath. The main change in Chapter 14 is that a DOCTYPE
declaration is no longer output by default for HTML files. Otherwise the changes were extremely minor. You'll find the files here:
