RE: applying template in different context

hi,
	i am currently working so i do not have the time to go thru this,
but if you want and advice, in the role tag don't do like 
<role id="pm">
and for the next
<role ce="">

but use a <role> tag which has an attribute called "id" which identifies the
role, so it's simpler...
