new XSLT draft's "possible new features"
I am a little confused about the section at the end of the new XSLT draft
that talks about new features under consideration for future drafts. Some of
these (like support for DTD's) seem like a large amount of extra
functionality, but this draft is supposed to be 'almost stable'... am I
missing something? Are these features under consideration for XSLT 2.0
rather than 1.0?
