DocBook XSL Stylesheets V0.09 released

Hi folks,

I've just put 0.09 of my DocBook XSL Stylesheets online at

  http://nwalsh.com/docbook/xsl/

I just about totally broke FO formatting in 0.08. Mea culpa.
Update now, update often.
