yes - I agree.  There isn't a DTD editor out yet that is able to do what I'm able to do by just looking at the DTD and following the real simple rules.

And XMetal appears, from what I've seen so far, to be a very stable tool for creating documents - I've used it and it's caught document errors that other tools haven't.
