XML/XSL Icons.

Since several people replied with suggested graphics for use as
Logos/Icons for XML and XSL, I thought it would be a good idea to
gather them all onto one page.

If there is enough interest, I will conduct a form-based poll to
determine the best one, at some unspecified date in the future.

Meantime, if anyone else has any icons to propose, feel free to
send them to me.
