Create HTML from xml using the lastet XSL

Hi,

I need to create static, plain HTML ( or PDF ) files from a XML-
document using the latest XSL-working-draft as stylesheet. I need 
a standalone program or a easy-to-understand sample java-code 
that uses a freely available library. The HTML files are to be edited 
in Word later on by people who don`t understand xml, html or xsl, 
that`s why we need some format supported by the most widely 
used word-processors on the Win32 platform.
