Re: result-tree vocabularies and non-XML serialisation

Recently I said (inter alia):

Of course, this URI should be the URI used for NOTATIONs.

Yet another piece of evidence suggesting (as I've said on xml-dev, although
not in these words) that Namespaces are just NOTATIONs for Names.
