In IE5, without support of <xsl:text>, how can I get (or other
entity references) in my result tree?

I tried several ways but none of them worked:

1. directly use " " (the way MS XSL output literal text):
XML parser complain undifined entity

2. put " ":
I got " " but not " " (looks like the XML parser take & as
an entity but XSL tool take it as literal text).

3. define an entity to get around XML parser:
I cann't because I don't have a DTD.

4. use <xsl:script> and <xsl:eval>:
I got either parsing error (if the function returns " "), or
(if returns " "). Basically, the same as 1, 2

5. <![CDATA[ ]]>:
I got

Any other ways?
