I'll continue the thread in the SVG list because I agree with that it is the
place where to discuss this topic. First, I have to absorb what you wrote
and think about it, especially about using a RDF notation. So first, I'll
have to look at it from an implementation point of view because, as you
know, I am also with a New Jersey mindset ;-). So, I'll do my homework.
