Hi.

The first brick wall you're running into is in using XSL FOs as your
result. IE5b2 only supports an implimentation of the transformative part of
XSL, hence you will need your resut to be HTML (or XML+CSS).

You can find documentation on IE5s support of XSL at
http://www.microsoft.com/xml/

Also keep in mind that XSL is still in draft form, and you can make no
assumptions about how much of it a given parser will impliment, for this
reason it's imperative you read the documentation. This honestly isn't just
a RTFM (although it is that too :) it's just you aren't likely to get very
far unless you do.

Good luck
     Guy.
