As one of the aforementioned lurkers :), I can say that I specifically
didn't vote because I don't feel competent to have an opinion on this.
I joined the XSL list because I wanted to get a feel for the uses people
were finding for XML/XSL, and to get an impression of the direction
people felt the XSL development was taking.

As Ed, I believe, pointed out, many of us (myself included) just want
*something* to get finished soon. In some ways, this list helps us feel
out the path that the XSL spec take in its development. Besides, I just
don't know good reasons to back up my sort of gut feeling on the issues
and questions you've presented.

In any case, thanks for running the survey. Though I didn't vote, it's
been very useful to hear the discussions which both generated and were
generated by the survey.
