For me with oXygen 28.1 and Saxon EE 13 installed as a plugin it indeed
works to use e.g.

xquery version '4.0'; hash('XPath 4.0 is great!')

in the XPath/XQuery builder (with the Saxon EE 13 engine selected):

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>E0A436C140ED7CA474D16450D7226EF4
